Forums
I have taken the forums for the website down indefinitely due to phpBB’s tendency to draw Spammers like Flies to Honey. The forums will be down until I find a reasonable replacement to the phpBB forum software, preferably something I can connect into the Wordpress software.
I am looking at Vanilla & SMF right now, but I don’t know for sure yet. Maybe I will look into bbPress too.
So, again, until I find a replacement software package - the forums will be down. I am sick of spammers, and once I start getting traffic I don’t want spammers to degrade the tone of the site.
Lots of stuff to know, not much of it shared. I have been an avid Anime / Computer game buff for years, and decided to share my thoughts, views, etc with the public.
